Chanting sets the vibration opening the class with some simple postures to release superficial tension allowing you drop awareness of the body so you can sit comfortably in meditation culminating in the ultimate sound experience, lie back in Savasana and merge with the ocean of vibrations created by gongs, singing bowls and tanpura drone.
