Membership Overview: Your membership provides you with unlimited access to all Doomyoga weekly scheduled studio classes including online, allowing you to attend an unlimited number of classes. This membership exclusively covers classes.This does not include special events or workshops. 

Membership Details: This is a monthly membership that continues on a monthly rollover basis . We kindly ask for a minimum 3-month commitment; after which you may cancel with a month’s notice. Membership fee of £60 will be automatically deducted as per the agreed terms and will be billed to the credit card on your client profile on the same day each month.Cancellation requires a 30-day notice period before the membership renewal date (next payment date). Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: Failure to attend a booked session will incur a fee of £10 per session, while late cancellations (within 3 hours of the session) will result in a charge of £6. Ensure cancellations are made at least 3 hours prior to the session start time. 

Payment Failures and Consequences: Should a monthly payment fail, we will reach out to resolve the issue. If the payment is not rectified within 10 days of the new month, a £25 fine will be added to your account. Membership will remain suspended until payment is cleared. 

Refund Policy: Regrettably, no refunds are offered for this membership.This membership's revenue is integrated into our business model.

Contractual Agreement and Statutory Law: By agreeing to this contract, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated above. You are not bound by statutory law regarding refunds.

Studio Facilities : Please note that this is an independent meditation centre and traditional shala not a 'western' yoga studio, this space is reception-free and we do not provide showers, however you are free to you the bathroom to change , the kitchen for water and we have all  necessary equipment available.

Timetable Changes: We retain the right to make minor changes to the timetables. Major changes will be communicated via email, and appropriate compensation will be provided if deemed reasonable. 

Disclaimer: Kindly be aware that Doomyoga operates as a one-woman band. In the unfortunate event of my illness, classes may need to be canceled. Additionally, I occasionally get booked for events and festivals, and I reserve the right to cancel classes in order to attend these without providing cover.
It's important to note that this membership is exceptionally reasonable, ensuring that you receive the value equivalent to at least four full-price classes. Any known dates when classes will be unavailable due to events will be scheduled and communicated as promptly as possible. Additionally, scheduled holidays will be communicated in advance for your convenience. Your understanding support in these matters are sincerely appreciated.
