SOUNDTEMPLE SESSIONS LIVE SONIC MEDITATIONS

Join us for the first of our SOUNDTEMPLE SESSIONS - Live Sonic Meditations with special guest ONE LEG ONE EYE. This is the solo project of Ian Lynch (founding member of Irish group Lankum) that explores submerged leylines of music and song, drawing on the raw aesthetics of black metal, noise and drone, while also being deeply embued with a sense of history and myth. 

Merging the music with an informal meditation setting, the session will begin with a lead in by Do.omyoga to centre your being in silence . Once grounded through guided meditation and breathwork the music will take you on a journey of Nada yoga ( sound meditation)  - the deepest listening and spped highway to awareness . 

All you need to do is close your eyes, sit back ,lie back, get comfortable any way you choose and exist in the ocean of sound and infinite presence. 

All you need to do is close your eyes, find a comfortable position – whether sitting, lying down, or however you choose – and surrender to the ocean of sound and infinite presence. This is a meditation practice, so while there's no movement involved, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing for your utmost relaxation.
