In the spirit of the Season of Lights upon us, light up your breath and deeply connect to your body. I'm joining forces with Deep Sym for a one-of-a-kind joyful workshop exploring the meeting point of sound, stillness, and symbiosis with their magical devise that encourages us to breathe deep.
Sym is an interactive art object that visualises breathing real-time in a soothing light, synthesising technology art and wellness. Using custom sensors worn in a belt, Sym playfully encourages deep diaphragmatic breathing which naturally relieves stress and anxiety, activating the relaxation response. The visual feedback allows full immersion and quieting of the mind, making meditative practice easy and breathwork engaging and comprehensive.
