General Terms & Conditions

By taking part in one of our classes, courses or workshops you accept that neither the instructor, nor Doomyoga Yoga Ltd is liable for any injury or damages to person resulting from the taking of a class, course or workshop.

We cannot accept liability for any damaged, lost or stolen personal items.

Our timetable, teachers and pricing are subject to change. Please always refer to our website for up to date information.

By creating an account with Do.omyoga you will be asked to agree to our terms and conditions. For further information about how and why we collect your personal information please see below.

Pregnancy Advisory: For pregnant individuals or those who may become pregnant, it is advisable to consult a medical professional regarding the suitability of practicing yoga, especially during the first trimester no practice is not advised at all. Beyond this it is important you decided if it it suitable for you to practice having done some personal research and following medical advise . Doomyoga cannot be held responsible for any consequences resulting from practicing during pregnancy.

Bookings & Cancellations

Bookings: All bookings must be made online. Bookings can be made up to 4 weeks in advance and payment has to be provided at the time of booking. Please note, we do not accept cash payments in the studio.

Waitlist: If a class is fully booked you can join our waitlist. If a space opens up and you are next in line, you will receive an email or text message notifying you that you have been added to the class - please ensure our email address is marked as 'safe' so it does not end up in your junk mail folder. If you no longer wish to join the class after having been added from the waitlist, you need to cancel your booking to avoid being charged.

Cancellations: We operate a 6-hour cancellation policy for all our studio and a 3-hour cancellation policy for our virtual classes.

Cancellation of Workshops and Courses: Workshop/ Course fees are non-refundable.

No shows: If you are booked onto a class/workshop/course and fail to show up, you cannot be refunded

No shows on unlimited memberships: If you are on an unlimited membership and fail to cancel or show up to class on time, we will apply a £10 fee to any subsequent late cancellations or no shows for the membership month.

Late arrivals: For safety and security of everyone in the studio, our doors will be locked at the start of class and if you are late you will not be able to join the class. You will still be charged for the class if you have booked online.

Cancellations by us: On the occasion that a class is cancelled by Do.omyoga, for drop in bookings a refund to your bank account instead. For unlimited memberships, please refer to your T & C's/ Policy terms

Class Passes & Memberships

Drop In Classes: Drop in classes are non-refundable

Memberships:

Our memberships are valid for use by the named membership holder only and you can not share or transfer your membership to someone else. The unlimited membership can be transferred to another person entirely should you be unable to use it.

Our Unlimited Memberships have a minimum contract term of 3 months and payments for memberships will be charged to a debit or credit card on an automatic basis until notice is provided in accordance with our terms and conditions.

We will provide you with at least 2 months notice of any pricing adjustments to rolling memberships.

Memberships can be cancelled after the minimum contract term by giving us at least 1 months notice before your next payment date via email to info@doom.yoga

Health & Injuries

By taking part in one of our classes, courses or workshops you accept that neither the instructor, Doomyoga Yoga Ltd is liable for any injury or damages to person resulting from the taking of a class, course or workshop.

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any injuries or changes in health at the start of class. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention so if in doubt please consult a medical professional prior to beginning any activity programme such as yoga.

If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, you are advised to come out of the posture and notify the instructor. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body and respect its limits on any given day.

It is the responsibility of the student to inform the teacher of any operations or surgical procedures in the past six months. If you are pregnant or have given birth within the last three months please inform the teacher at the start of class. Teachers have the right to refer students back to their GP

How we collect, store and use your personal information

Your privacy and data protection are super important to us. As such we will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information. The section below outlines what, how and why we use your personal information, and how you can opt out or request removal at any time.

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf. These third parties – namely MindBody, Google and Mailchimp - comply with national and international legislation with regards to data protection and user privacy, such as for example the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR).

Personal information and credit card details

If you want to book one of our yoga classes online you are invited to create an account via our website

The website collects personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address. If you wish to purchase class credits/gift card online you will also be asked to enter your credit card details. Credit card details are safely stored within the web hosting but you can remove them at any time by logging into your account. You can request for your account to be deleted and all your personal information to be removed any time by sending us an email to info@doom.yoga

Email newsletter and marketing communication

If you choose to sign up to our email newsletter via the website or create an account on our booking system MindBody and opt into receiving marketing communications, the email address that you submit to us will be forwarded to MailChimp who provide us with email marketing services. The email address that you submit will not be stored within any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within the database for as long as we continue to use doomyoga services for email marketing or until you request removal from the list which you can do so any time using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletter that we send you or by requesting removal via email to info@doom.yoga

Site visitation tracking

We use Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people accessing our website, to better understand how you find us and to improve your user journey through our website. GA collects a range of data specific to you (i.e. geographical location, device you are using etc) but none of this information personally identifies you to us.
