Service Description
This workshop is an invitation to return to the roots of practice and lay down the essential building blocks that allow yoga to become both sustainable and transformative. We will explore the pillars of a strong foundation—body, breath, and alignment—unpacking how they interconnect to create steadiness and flow on the mat. Expect to work practically and experientially with: Breath: Learning to use the breath not only as fuel for movement but as a guide for presence, rhythm, and focus. Bandhas: Gentle introduction to the body’s internal locks and how engaging them creates lightness, stability, and energetic integrity. Alignment: Understanding the mechanics of safe and supportive postures, and how mindful adjustments can prevent strain while deepening your practice. Pillars of Practice: The essential principles—awareness, grounding, breath, and balance—that together form the architecture of a strong, embodied yoga journey. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after a pause, or simply looking to re-establish clarity and strength in your practice, this workshop will give you the tools to move with confidence, stability, and awareness. By reinforcing these foundations, your practice becomes not just physical exercise, but a steady pathway into resilience, clarity, and connection. This is an intimate workshop limited to 10 people max. All welcome No experience needed Wear comfortable clothing Mats and props included but you may wish to bring a notebook Please make sure you do not eat for at least 2 hours or more before the workshop
